On Friday, September 18th at 11 PM, the Queen's Streaming Service will undergo maintenance. This maintenance will improve processing time to upload videos. As previously reported, processing time has been impacted due to a significant increase in usage.

During maintenance, video playback and videos queued to be processed will not be affected. There will be no impact on students who are viewing published videos, but the ability for users to upload new videos will be disabled at 11 PM and will be re-enabled upon maintenance completion. We anticipate that the maintenance cycle will take 7-8 hours. A notification will be posted once the upload function has been re-established.
