Microsoft outage affecting logon to some Queen's services UpdateArchived
An Azure Active Directory issue causing authentication problems was affecting several Microsoft services. The IT Support Centre began to receive reports of issues with accessing and viewing Teams around 4:15 p.m. ET on March 15. Microsoft resolved the problem over the late evening hours and IT Services are continuing to monitor the service. Microsoft is reporting a global outage that is affecting logon to some Queen's systems, including Microsoft Teams. ITS will monitor the situation and report when more information is known.
