The Service Provider has restored SIP phone service.

Teams phone service is taking longer than expected to recover. No time estimate for restoration has been provided but IT Services will send an update when we receive one.

IT Services is investigating reported issues with MS Teams Phone and SIP Phone Service not allowing local or long distance calling. User to user calling within Teams is working but dialing by number is not.

IT Services is in contact with the Service Provider to restore service. The current estimate for service restoration is 10:30am.

This notification will be updated when more information is available.
