The delays in processing account changes on the Queen's Identity Platform have returned. IT Services is investigating the cause.
NetID activations, password resets, password changes and other functions that are managed via the Queen’s Identity Platform at https://netid.queensu.ca that have occurred since 3am on Aug 18th, have been temporarily paused and will be processed later this morning.
NetID activations, password resets, password changes and other functions that are managed via the Queen’s Identity Platform at https://netid.queensu.ca are currently being delayed. This will be reflected in delays in account changes and receiving emails that the task you have started has been fully completed. Please be patient as the system is working, but processing update requests slower than normal.
