IT Serivces are investigating reports of the Matlab license not being accessible when the computer is licensed using the concurrent license method (on-campus labs and classrooms). The majority of Matlab users are licensed by the Individual license model and are not affected by the current problem.
As the SPSS license is also obtained from this same license server, we suspect SPSS users may be affected with licensing issues.
