Matlab licenses are now accessible again for those who experienced problems with the concurrent license server.

We are continuing to review isolated SPSS issues for a small number of users, but believe the issue is not directly related to the license server. SPSS users who are experiencing a license error are asked to contact the IT Help Desk to report the problem.

IT Serivces are investigating reports of the Matlab license not being accessible when the computer is licensed using the concurrent license method (on-campus labs and classrooms). The majority of Matlab users are licensed by the Individual license model and are not affected by the current problem.

As the SPSS license is also obtained from this same license server, we suspect SPSS users may be affected with licensing issues.
