On Sunday, June 23, 2024, from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM, there will be a planned outage for Teams Telephony Call Flows (auto attendants and call queues) while our Telephony partner performs maintenance.

During this maintenance, the Queen's main line, 613-533-2000, will experience an initial outage of approximately 10 minutes. Additionally, there will be an extended outage of no more than one hour affecting inbound calls to Teams call flows. There will be no impact on any other Telephony phone services.

This notice will be updated once the maintenance is complete and the service is available again.
