Teams Call Queues - Unable to Access

The problem with call queues not being available for agents has returned.
If you have an agent currently set to accept calls, have them remain in the queue as they and others may not be able to rejoin it.
Microsoft has been engaged, and we will update this notification as more information becomes available.
IT Services are currently investigating an issue with agents unable to access call queues. Restarting Teams and accessing the queue via Teams on the web has resulted in mixed results.
