We would like to inform you about an upcoming Adobe Sign system update and migration scheduled to take place soon.
As part of this process, we will be linking the Adobe sign Admin portal with the main Adobe Admin Console that has all other Adobe products. This integration will help reduce login issues and simplify user management and license assignment going forward.
Migration is scheduled for October 29th, 2025 at 1PM EST with a planned downtime of approximately 2-3 hours. During this time, please do not initiate or complete any Adobe Sign transaction. There will be no loss of data as part of this migration.
After Migration, you may be required to re-login to your Adobe sign account. Please use your Queen's NETID Email address to log in and select "Company or School" for type of account.
