  • The CloudPBX Telephony software will be updated from 11:00 PM on Saturday, January 24, 2026, to 3:00 AM on Sunday, January 25, 2026.


    During this scheduled maintenance window, CloudPBX telephone numbers — including Queen’s main automated attendant (+1 613-533-6000) and other CloudPBX lines — may be temporarily unavailable or experience brief interruptions.


    Microsoft Teams telephony will not be impacted.
