Scheduled Maintenance – Identity and Password Services Friday February 13
From Friday, February 13 at 10pm until 7am Saturday February 14, 2026, the Queen's identity and password management system will be undergoing scheduled maintenance.
During this time:
- Password changes made through the Microsoft 365 My Account portal will be unavailable.
- New account activations will be delayed and affect logon access.
We recommend completing any required password changes or account activations before or after the maintenance window.
