Scheduled Maintenance – Identity and Password Services Friday February 13

  • From Friday, February 13 at 10pm until 7am Saturday February 14, 2026, the Queen's identity and password management system will be undergoing scheduled maintenance.

    During this time:

    - Password changes made through the Microsoft 365 My Account portal will be unavailable.
    - New account activations will be delayed and affect logon access.

    We recommend completing any required password changes or account activations before or after the maintenance window.
