Service Outage: 911 Calling from Teams and SIP Handsets Archived

  • Please be advised that our upstream 911 emergency call service provider is presently experiencing an outage that may result in call failures for clients placing outbound 911 calls from Teams or SIP Handsets. The vendor is aware of the incident and working to restore service as soon as possible.

    We recommend placing 911 calls via mobile phone where possible until the issue is resolved.
